Hello folks, We just purchased two LifeSize video conferencing devices, one is the smaller version for a branch office and the other is the bigg Team 220 behind a x550e Firebox. The branch office one that is behind a watchguard x10 works fine, we can make and receive calls in and outside of our network after we forwarded the correct ports. The Team 220 that is behind the x550e is giving us a lot of grief.
I forwarded the ports that the LifeSize documentation wanted me to forward, and I even enabled my h.323 proxy on the x550e. The best I can do is get audio calls only when I connect with the people from outside of our network. Using the MPLS that we have we can connect to the branch office system just fine, but whenever I call from out side with the video option, I get the ring, I answer and the connection drops in a second or two. Any of you folks worked with these systems before? Have you had this issue? Any help would be appreciated I am assigning max amount of points to this because I think I ran out of ideas on this. Thanks
